Banned States and Countries
Because our herbal incense includes an artificial cannabinoid, it is banned in some states and countries. This page lists SOME of the known states and countries where the active ingredient of our product is banned. It is not a complete or exhaustive list, and you should always check your local laws (as these change all the time) before ordering our product.
We do NOT offer refunds if you order from within a banned state or country and something happens to your order.

Queensland, Australia - We have heard rumours of houses being searched and customers being advised that legal highs are illegal in Queensland but there is no official confirmation of this as yet.
New Zealand - The legal age for purchase of these products may be lifted to 18 in September 2011
